Owners of the Jefferson Street Inn have approved a six-story, $9 million multipurpose development aimed at adding a bold presence to the Wausau skyline.
Dubbed the Palladian, the development will expand the City Grill’s banquet space and the Jefferson Street Inn and provide ground-level retail space, seven to eight upscale condominiums and 38 additional rooms to the Jefferson Inn.
“We have secured the approval we worked hard at all summer long,” said Mark Craig

Re: Wausau Development News
This is a great project for Wausau. It seems to be finished or finishing up. I hope that other project, Jefferson street something happens too. It's nice to have other cities in Wisconsin with skylines.
